-The very first and important thing of all peoples future grow up is to what we Do!............Our backgroud dosn't metter when we are richest peoples of our community and in whole world

The happiest, most successful people spend
about half their time enjoying the present
and the other half preparing for the future.
So, as a psychologist,
I've been listening to young adults for 20 years.
And one thing this has taught me is that it is easier
to enjoy the here and now
when we feel confident about our financial security
in the there and then.
Sounds easy,
but because of something called the empathy gap,
our present selves often have trouble looking out
for our future selves.
That's because our brains think about our future selves
similarly to how they think about strangers.
It can be difficult to care much about people
or even about versions of ourselves that we don't know.
In one of my favorite studies on this,
researchers use virtual reality to help young adults see
how they would look when they were old,
and those young adults set aside more money
toward retirement than the ones who did not see
their aged more selves.
But you don't need virtual reality to do this.
All you need is your imagination and some forward-thinking.
And fortunately, neuroscience shows that in our 20s and 30s,
our brains get better at planning ahead.
>>So look in the mirror<<
and ask your future self some questions.
1-How old am I when I retire?
2-Where do I live?
3-What's my life like?
4-And what does all this mean I need to get started on now?
Forward-thinking may seem daunting,
but being kind to your future self is as simple
as compound interest.
The sooner you get going, the less you actually need to do.
